Notes:

  • You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card or transfering the amount online.
  • Registration is mandatory for everyone, including faculty members.
  • Resident/ Fellow/ Researcher have to submit a certificate from their head of department/ institute.
  • Accompanying Persons including spouses will not be allowed to attend/ enter scientific sessions.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the committee/ organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/ valuables or damage to your property.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may send the cancellation requests to [email protected], on or before 30th August 2020.
    • Up to 31 August, 2020 – 50% of the registration fee
    • 01 September, 2020 onwards – No refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the end of the conference.
